What do I need to wear?
You can wear your normal exercise gear, however, we ask that you wear tracksuit bottoms. We will provide the rest of the equipment. No jeans or shorts!
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No! We have an extensive amount of equipment to use, including all the protective equipment and electric equipment for Foil, Epee and Sabre.

Do I need any membership?
British Fencing offers a free three-month introduction membership that you can find here.
If you want to compete in most events, you will need a competitive membership, more information can be found here.
